In this role you will drive regional FPu0026amp;A activities to strengthen financial visibility and support cross-functional decisions. You work closely with the EMEA Finance Director and regional teams to improve planning and performance management, while simplifying FPu0026amp;A processes. You shape forward-looking insights through robust modelling and standardized tools, enabling data-driven partnering with commercial teams. This position offers the opportunity to lead finance projects that elevate planning quality and business storytelling. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead or support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management of EMEA commercial selling expenses
• Monitor spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support actions to improve expense discipline and visibility
• Support expense-related closing activities and controls in partnership with accounting and controlling teams
• Drive selected finance projects that improve planning effectiveness, decision support, and business partnering quality
• Simplify, standardize,
and improve recurring FPu0026A processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
• Build and enhance financial models, templates, and related tools for forward-looking analysis
• Ensure data integrity, documentation, and governance across models, tools, and reporting outputs
• Perform financial deep dives and ad hoc analyses for business case support
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Support stronger business partnering by improving the speed and clarity of decision support
• Collaborate with the EMEA Finance Director and regional teams to align on priorities and strengthen financial control xqbhyrx
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years FPu0026A experience including expense planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with large data sets
• Ability to navigate complexity, simplify processes, and improve ways of working
• Comfort working across teams in a regional environment
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable to change
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders
