In this role you will guide the end-to-end lifecycle of integration requests within the Digital Bridge team, from intake and business case validation to delivery oversight and adoption. You will work with IT, Digital, Product and Commercial groups to align initiatives with business outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. You’ll bring structure and clarity to ambiguous priorities and help scale the team’s impact through data-driven approaches. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape integration topics across a integral IT distributor and contribute to digital transformation.

• Own and support intake of integration requests, clarifying business needs, objectives, scope, and success criteria
• Define and validate business requirements, customer or partner journeys, and data flows
• Apply structured and AI-assisted methods to improve intake quality, prioritisation, and delivery efficiency
• Support prioritisation and delivery oversight align with business cases, timelines, and success criteria
• Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns
• Collaborate across IT, Digital, Product,



and Commercial teams to coordinate inputs and drive initiatives forward
• Support business adoption and outcome validation, ensuring delivered solutions are understood and used
Responsabilidades
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT, Digital, Product, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles
• Experience on cross-functional initiatives with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into structured and clear requirements
• Familiarity with customer or partner journey mapping and data flow definition
• Comfort in fast-paced, changing-priority environments
• Demonstrated interest in AI and modern xqbhyrx digital tools with willingness to grow AI fluency
• Structured thinker with problem-solving and prioritisation skills
• Confident communicator with collaborative mindset
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and curiosity
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in English
