In this role you will manage raw material risks to keep customer supply running and strengthen the supply chain. You will work with cross-functional teams globally to anticipate disruptions, quantify impact, and drive mitigation and allocation decisions. The position offers visibility, influence on key decisions, and rapid growth in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment. Responsabilidades
• At least 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to align general and regional stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure xqbhyrx environments with good prioritization skills
• Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into business impact
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes
