We are looking for a Materials and Processes Engineer to join an important Project located in Madrid or Valencia in On-site job modality.

What are we looking for?

-

- Materials and Processes Engineer with at least 5 years of experience.

- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid or Valencia.

- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering or similar.

- Work Model: On-site.

Requirements

-

- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in space projects related to electronic equipment.

- Proficiency in ECSS standards, especially: ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C (assembly of electronic components), ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C (acceptability of PCBs) and ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C (repairs).

- Knowledge of welding, cleaning, encapsulation, adhesives, and surface treatment processes in a space environment.

- Ability to write technical documentation in English (minimum level B2).

- Technical rigor, attention to detail, and quality orientation.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Define, validate, and control materials and manufacturing processes for electronic cards and electronic equipment for space applications.





- Oversee the qualification of electronic component assembly processes in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C.

- Ensure compliance with PCB acceptability requirements in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C.

- Coordinate and document electronic assembly repair activities in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, qualification reports, assembly and repair procedures.

- Participate in internal and external audits, as well as technical reviews with customers and space agencies.

- Work closely with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure industrialization in accordance with space standards.
