Offer Description Main Responsibilities
Academically coordinate the Master’s Theses (TFMs), ensuring alignment with program competencies and the field of Digital Education.
Design, update, and supervise the TDM guide, including evaluation criteria, rubrics, and submission and defense procedures.
Plan and manage the entire TFM process, including schedule management, tutor assignments, progress monitoring, and organization of defenses.
Directly supervise Master’s Theses, especially those related to educational technologies, digital innovation,



or educational research.
Coordinate and advise TFM tutors, promoting common criteria for supervision, assessment, and academic quality.
Promote improvement and innovation of the TFM model, incorporating trends such as educational AI, learning analytics, digital assessment, and hybrid learning.

Skills/Qualifications
Competence in digital educational research methodologies, including study design, educational data analysis, and evaluation of ICT projects.
Demonstrable specialization in educational technologies (through publications, projects, training, or professional experience).
Specific Requirements Previous university teaching experience in master’s programs related to education and technology.
Proven experience in supervising Master’s Theses.
