Role Summary The Project Director is responsible for the project end-to-end, leading overall execution and delivery for BESS and Wind projects. The role ensures the project is delivered safely and successfully, managing key risks, contractual commitments, and stakeholder alignment through to commissioning, acceptance, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities Own overall project delivery governance and performance (HSE, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and claims).
Lead and coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, grid, quality, finance, legal, and service) and external partners (customers, EPCs, contractors, OEMs, utilities, and authorities).
Drive project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and executive reporting;
establish clear decision-making and escalation mechanisms.
Manage contracts and commercial execution including change orders,
