Since 2004 in Fragrance Science we create, produce and export all over the world our fragrances for their application in detergents, home care products, cosmetics and fine perfumery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily laboratory activities and prioritize tasks.
Lead and support the laboratory team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
Operate the Roxane robot and ensure it is functioning properly. ( be in constant contact with the robot manufacturer)
Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all laboratory raw materials meet quality standards.
Monitor and maintain raw material inventory.
Coordinate problem resolution with the QC support team
Track and report laboratory KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
