What You Will Be Responsible For

- Creative Leadership: Define and oversee the creative and aesthetic direction of the brand, ensuring each seasonal collection reflects a strong, coherent brand DNA.

- Collection Development:



Develop seasonal frameworks for Classic and Timeless womenswear unit, based on trend research, sales insights, and market needs, guiding color palettes, mood boards, silhouettes, styles, and accessory directions.

- Trend Research: Actively explore market trends through competitor analysis, fabric and fashion fairs, digital sources, and social media, translating insights into commercially viable collections.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Senior Designers, Designers, and Junior Designers, fostering talent development, coaching, and high‑performing collaboration across Menswear product groups.

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development and Technical teams to ensure alignment between creative vision, production feasibility, and commercial goals for womenswear.

- Process & Execution: Manage seasonal concept meetings and collection execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met.

What We Are Looking For

Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field,



supported by extensive hands‑on experience in woven, denim, jersey, or knit garments.

Your Strengths: You combine creative vision with strategic thinking, trend sensitivity, and operational excellence. You lead with confidence, inspire teams, and translate insights into commercially successful collections.

Your Profile: You bring 10–12 years of professional experience in fashion design, including 3–4 years in a leadership role. You have deep experience with integral sourcing and production. You are fluent in Spanish and English;
German is a strong advantage. You are willing to travel for market research, sourcing, and team coordination.
