We are now strengthening our team in Palma de Mallorca and we are looking for a new CARPENTRY TEAM LEADER to coordinate and supervise carpenters and other workers, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely.

Requirements

-

- Extensive experience in carpentry, including the construction, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures.

- Technical training in carpentry or a related field.



A complete secondary education and specific courses in marine carpentry are valued.

- Ability to supervise and coordinate work teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

- Highly motivated and organized.

- Versátil, adaptable and enable to cope with stressful situations.

- Good communication skills in Spanish and English.

The ideal candidate has previousexperience related to boats, sailing or the yachting industry.
