Neuraxpharm, a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on CNS disorders, is seeking a Senior Scientist to work from Barcelona. The role involves designing, developing, organizing, performing, reviewing, evaluating and reporting analytical tests in line with GxP, ICH, and SOP guidelines to support the registration and marketing of new drug products.

Your Mission

Design, develop, organize, perform, review, evaluate, and report any analytical test in accordance with established guidelines and SOPs to ensure reliable and quality data for the registration and marketing of new pharmaceutical products.

Your Major Accountabilities

- Distribute, review, analyze, and report project results—including developmental studies, validations, and stability studies—meeting deadlines in coordination with the project team.

- Develop, verify, and validate required analytical methods.

- Work effectively and independently in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment, reporting to the team leader.

- Write and review SOPs and analytical validation reports.

- Write sections of Module III of the Registration Dossier in collaboration with Galenical scientists.





- Ensure correct calibration and maintenance of assigned instruments and equipment.

- Represent the Analysis Section in assigned project team meetings.

We Would Like You To Have

-

- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions within the pharmaceutical industry, working to EU GMP standards.

- Educational background in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, ICP, MS, IFL, etc.).

- Proficiency with user‑level computer tools.

- Knowledge of risk assessment.

- Degree in chemical or pharmaceutical sciences.

- Spanish and English language proficiency (B2).

- Organized, planned, strong team spirit.
