About the Role

As a Solution Consultant within our Services team, you will be the bridge between our customers' business goals and the solutions that help them achieve them.

From leading discovery workshops to configuring solutions, delivering training and supporting successful go-lives, you will guide customers through every stage of their journey. You will collaborate with experts across Customer Success,



Product, IT Operations, Sales and Customer Care to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.

Responsibilities

- Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business goals, operating models and implementation requirements.
- Translate customer needs into practical, scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
- Configure Infront solutions including workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, product settings and reference data.
- Own key onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring customers are set up for success from day one.
- Support project scoping, delivery planning and Statements of Work alongside the wider Services team.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping customers validate solutions before go-live.
- Deliver engaging customer training, administrator enablement and knowledge
