Your responsibilities include...
Prepare, deliver, and serve food and beverage orders in guest rooms and suites according to The Ritz-Carlton's luxury service standards.
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional hospitality.
Present menu items and beverages, answer guest questions, and accommodate special requests with care and attention to detail.
Coordinate closely with the Culinary, Bars, and other departments to ensure timely and flawless service.
Verify the accuracy and presentation of every order before delivery.




Clear trays and tables from guest rooms promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas.
Handle guest requests and resolve any service issues efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
Promote additional dining options and personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Stay informed about restaurant menus, seasonal promotions, resort offerings, and luxury service standards.
What we expect from you...
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or Room Service/In-Room Dining, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
A proactive attitude, discretion, and a guest-first mindset.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
A valid work permit for Spain.
