About the Role The Junior Commercial Data Analyst supports the commercial and pricing team by collecting, processing, and maintaining pricing and sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. The role focuses on executing established processes, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis to enable informed decision-making. While the position is primarily operational, we aim to provide opportunities for the successful candidate to develop technical data management and analytical skills and, over time, take ownership of running and presenting his or her own analyses.
Team Works within the Pricing & Analytics function, part of Commercial Development and Pricing.
Role Responsibilities Pricing Support Collect pricing and product data from various departments following data request protocols, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of required information.
Process pricing updates in relevant business systems by adhering to predefined workflows, validating entries against approved guidelines, and escalating discrepancies for resolution.
Assistant in preparing annual price lists by consolidating regional inputs, applying global standards, and supporting the Supervisor in quality checks before finalization.
Data Processing & Maintenance Standardize, clean,



and process data for reporting and pricing activities by applying established templates, running automated scripts where available, and performing manual checks to ensure data integrity.
Maintain accurate records of data updates and changes through systematic logging and version control practices to support audit and compliance requirements.
Analytics & Reporting Support Support monthly sales reporting and revenue optimization projects by extracting relevant data, applying basic analytical techniques, and formatting outputs for review by senior team members.
Assist in creating dashboards and summaries for internal stakeholders by using standardized reporting tools and ensuring clarity and consistency in visual presentation.
Collaboration Work closely with the Pricing Strategy & Analytics Supervisor to ensure alignment with established processes by attending regular check-ins, sharing progress updates, and incorporating feedback promptly.
Liaise with other teams to resolve data-related queries through clear communication, timely follow-up, and adherence to agreed service levels.
Process Improvement Contribute ideas for improving data collection and reporting workflows by identifying recurring issues, suggesting practical solutions, and supporting implementation under guidance.
Continuous improvement initiatives Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in pricing and reporting by assisting in testing new tools or processes and providing feedback on usability and efficiency.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Technical Skills: Comfortable using Excel for data organization and analysis;
basic understanding of and willingness to enhance data visualization tools and ERP systems.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Analytical Thinking: Interest in developing analytical skills and understanding pricing principles.
Communication: Clear and professional interaction with internal teams.
Languages: English required (C1 CEFR);
Spanish desirable for regional collaboration.




Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic familiarity with data processing tools;
interest in learning advanced analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
