2- Assignments (full-time)

Under the direction of a Senior PR Japan, you will be working with the brand’s PR department for Japan. Your assignments will be as follows:

-

- Research and vet new influencers that align with the brand

- Manage influencer gifting and samples

- Coordinate the execution of press requests

- Coordinate and execute influencer and VIP meetings and press events

- Manage and execute PR & Influencer admin tasks such as reporting distribution, recaps, and archiving

- Writing press releases and adapting the communication to the country

- Contribute to the team with ideas to elevate the brand presence and build its reputation through meaningful opportunities and partnerships/collaborations

3- Profile

- We are looking for a Junior profile with so much eagerness to learn and grow with our team





- We are looking for a person from Japan (it is very important to know the market and the culture). It is essential that Japanese be your mother tongue

- Spanish medium level is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year of PR/communications experience;
PR agency and Journalism background in Japan is a plus

- Experience in fashion is not required. xhfqzwm

- Ability to cultivate successful relationships and networks, both internally and externally

- Strong communications skills both verbal and written

- A solid understanding of social media

- Great time management and organization skills

- Highly adaptable multi-tasker, detail-oriented

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

- Location of work: Madrid Office (would have no objection to travel to Japan in the future)
