What you will do: Build the infrastructure required for the extraction transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
Assemble large and complex datasets with an optimal data pipeline architecture meeting business requirements
Implement processes to monitor data quality ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it
Create alerts and dashboards to contribute to the monitoring and tracking of our business KPIs
Identify design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes optimising queries redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability etc
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed existing reports or create brand new reports with the aim to increase data accessibility and foster datadriven decision making across the organisation




Contribute to the delivery of strategic projects by participating in the delivery of key initiatives giving support to the analytics and business teams when it comes to data availability and visualisation to ensure progress and effective delivery of the desired outcomes Work together with stakeholders in the execution of the projects
What you need to succeed: Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics etc
Experience building and optimising data pipelines data sets and workflow management tools eg Dataform
Advance knowledge of SQL is a requirement as well as experience working with databases and large sets of data;
Python programming skills are also required as well as experience in data visualisation or exploration tools such as Looker Studio
An AIfirst mindset proactively exploring how AI tools can improve efficiency and quality of work
Advanced Office skills Strong experience with analytical tools ideally with Microsoft and Google Office packages Excel etc
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment
A selfstarter and team player who also enjoys having fun
Business Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistants
Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflows
AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities
