Qonto in Barcelona is looking for a People Operations Manager to join the Barcelona office and be the go-to person for HR matters in Spain. You will act as the local anchor for the People team, ensuring a strong employee experience and a trusted point of contact for Qontoers and managers.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, HR policies, HRIS (Workday), and compliance with Spanish labor laws, partnering with the HRBP team and driving scale-up HR projects.
