What do you need to join this project? Your Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities (market prospecting)
Ensure project staffing needs are met with the right talent
Manage and grow your team of consultants
Handle client tenders and commercial proposals
Lead recruitment processes for consultants
Manage and monitor the P&L; of your business unit
