A Junior Sous Chef at Zuma you'll be a key member of the kitchen team, acting as a support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the kitchen team while maintaining the highest culinary experience.

Zuma brings its world-renowned experience to the Spanish capital, featuring an iconic bar with our resident DJ's and our contemporary luxury dining. Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations maintaining Zuma's standards
Monitor kitchen costs and budgets, taking proactive steps to reduce expenditure and improve efficiency where necessary
Train, mentor and motivate junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity while working closely with Front of House to ensure seamless service
Proven experience as a junior sous chef in a luxury high-volume restaurant
Well organised, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine desired but not essential
