As part of R&D; Software Development Management at GRAITEC, you are responsible for the technical execution, people leadership, and strategic evolution of the engineering organization across multiple product lines. This role represents the natural progression of senior Software Engineers and Architects, combining deep technical expertise, delivery ownership, and organizational leadership. Core Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams across backend, frontend, and platform domains Own end‑to‑end delivery (scope, quality, timelines) ensuring predictable and scalable execution Drive architectural consistency and governance across products and technology stacks Collaborate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps Ensure adoption of engineering best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD, security, code reviews) Support hiring, onboarding,
