You will own recruitment, onboarding and culture, report to the founders from our Poble Nou office, and shape the employee experience through busy build weeks and travel.
Fluent English and Spanish are required; French is a plus. You will lead HR operations, compliance, training and growth pathways in a fast-moving, hospitality-driven environment.
