About The Role

As Whitewater Group continues its rapid international expansion, we are seeking a Regional Marketing & Communications Lead to join our team in Spain and take ownership of regional marketing and communications activity, supporting our wider European business.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape and develop Whitewater Group's regional marketing function during an exciting period of international growth. Working closely with the Strategic Communications Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in increasing market visibility, supporting business development, strengthening customer engagement and ensuring marketing activity is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

You will translate business objectives into practical marketing initiatives, leading the planning and delivery of regional campaigns, events, digital marketing and communications activity across Spain. Working closely with Sales, HR, Operations and Technical teams, you will build strong relationships across the business, ensure consistent application of the Whitewater Group brand and provide support for regional internal communications where required.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how marketing develops across the region. As the business continues to expand, you will help establish scalable marketing processes, develop regional capability and play an important role in building the marketing team for the future.

The adecuado candidate will be a proactive, commercially aware marketing professional with proven leadership capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative working style, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your profile

- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial or technical sectors preferred.
- Experience working within an internationalorganisation.
- Previousexperience coordinating or leading marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.




- Experience working in a fast-paced environment producing a high volume of marketing activity across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications,Businessora relateddiscipline.
- Fluent Spanish; professional working English, both written and spoken.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Regional Marketing

- Lead regional marketing and communications activity across Spain.
- Develop and deliver regional marketing plans aligned with businessobjectives.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, events, digitalmarketingand communications initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, HR,Operationsand Technical teams to support business growth.
- Identifyopportunities to strengthenWhitewaterGroup's market presence, customerengagementand regional business growth.

Brand & Communications

- Champion the consistent application of the Whitewater Group brand across all regional marketing and communicationsactivity.
- Support regional corporate communications, project announcements, customer successstoriesand media activity,



working closely with the Strategic Communications Manager to ensure messaging is aligned across the Group.
- Coordinate external communications across regional business functions and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives in Spain.
- Provide support for internal communications in Spain whenrequired, working with the Strategic Communications Manager,HRand regional leadership to ensure important business updates are communicated clearly and consistently.

Stakeholder & Resource Management

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Manage regional marketing priorities,budgetsand external suppliers.
- Work closely with regional leadership to ensure marketing activity supports wider businessobjectives.

Marketing Development

- Develop marketing processes,templatesand governance.
- Identifyopportunities to improve marketing effectiveness,planningand collaboration across the region.
- Lead and develop the regional marketing team as it grows.
