The Challenge
We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to address billing and collection issues with a customer-centric approach efficiently.
This role is crucial in creating the best billing experience for OneTrust customers while identifying and driving A/R process improvements. The adecuado candidate will be a subject matter expert in their function and a highly effective communicator who is organized, efficient, forward-thinking, and able to work autonomously.
Your Mission
- Process customer billings (recurring, one-time, and professional services) and verify invoice accuracy, completeness, and timelines.
- Review and respond to inquiries promptly to meet SLAs.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate parties.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and associated systems, and Workday Financials is highly appreciated.
