Description:

Managing reservations, phone calls, occupancy, check in check out, control of the appropiate cleaning of the rooms, work with computers.

Efficiently managing complaints and any problem, dealing with special requests, accounting and payments control, use of several languages by phone, email or in person.

Help in general and learn how to manage customers in a small business being independent.
