Are you passionate about driving transformation, improving planning processes, and leading strategic projects in a multinational manufacturing environment?

We're looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to play a key role in the digital transformation of Supply Chain Planning. From implementing SAP IBP to enhancing S&OP; processes and leading cross-functional initiatives, you'll help shape the future of planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

- Lead continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the Capacity Planning function, enhancing S&OP; processes, inventory management, and planning KPIs.
- Drive the implementation of SAP IBP , supporting the development of forecasting models, planning processes, and master data structures while acting as the link between central and local teams throughout the transformation.
- Lead projects focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, supply performance, contingency planning, and business resilience.
- Coordinate product transfers and new product introductions across manufacturing sites, working closely with Commercial, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Strengthen collaboration with logistics partners through demand analysis, performance reviews,



and KPI monitoring.
- Support the management of customer digital platforms and planning-related systems.

What we're looking for

- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain Project Management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required . An additional European language is a plus.
