Some More Specific Responsibilities

Strategy on Cloud and Target Architecture

Designing and maintaining the Target Cloud Architecture. Co-design together with Enterprise Architects the technological components necessary for any information system. Co-design application modernization methods

Governance and architectural standards

Define cloud guidelines, principles, and standards. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Security & Compliance (DORA, GDPR, local regulations)

Cloud adoption & modernization

Support application teams in: Migration (rehost, replatform, refactor, particularly with AI) and modernization (microservices, APIs, containers).



Promote cloud-native models and Define reusable architectural patterns

Innovation & emerging technologies

Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless, edge computing). Enable advanced use cases (data platform, LLM, analytics).Anticipate trends and business impacts

Cost supervision (FinOps)

Optimize cloud costs (TCO, unit economics). Work with the FinOps team to: chargeback/showback models and consumption control. Balancing performance and costs

Security, risk and compliance

Ensuring secure architectures by design (IAM, encryption, network security). Manage issues of: Data security, resilienza and disaster recovery, Vendor Risk and Cloud Focus
