About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic program involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program from a strategic and operational perspective , ensuring that the different projects and workstreams remain aligned with the overall objectives, timelines, budget, and expected outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage complex dependencies, anticipate risks, and drive decisions across multiple teams. The Program Manager will act as a central point of coordination,



ensuring effective governance and transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall program strategy, planning, and execution .
- Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, and teams to ensure alignment with the program's objectives.
- Define and monitor program timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables .
- Establish and maintain effective program governance, reporting, and monitoring processes.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and potential roadblocks across projects and workstreams.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively implement mitigation and corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Provide regular program status updates, performance reports, and executive-level insights .
- Monitor the overall performance of the program and ensure that expected outcomes and quality standards are achieved.
- Support decision-making by providing clear analysis of risks, dependencies, progress, and required actions.
- Coordinate program reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.




- Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field .
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management , preferably managing complex, multi-project environments.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders .
- Strong experience in program governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills .
- Ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive solutions proactively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or another regulated environment is highly valued.
