For an exciting international project, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the coordination, rollout, integration and migration of a Veeva Vault implementation. This is a role for someone who has done it before, at scale, and who can hold their ground with senior stakeholders when programmes get demanding.

What you'll be doing

- Leading the overall coordination of a Veeva Vault rollout, including integration and migration activities
- Planning and tracking milestones, timelines and deliverables across the programme
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies through to resolution
- Driving alignment across QA, IT, business teams and external vendors
- Coordinating with validation and testing activities (CSV) and ensuring alignment with GxP, data integrity and audit requirements
- Supporting inspection readiness and documentation completeness
- Preparing and facilitating project status meetings, SteerCo meetings and cross-functional workshops, including direct engagement with C-level stakeholders
- Owning stakeholder communication, action tracking and follow-up across all levels
- Producing weekly and monthly status reports,



meeting minutes, and migration, integration and validation progress reports

What we're looking for

- A genuinely senior project manager who has already led multiple large-scale system implementations or digital transformation programmes end to end, ideally with direct experience engaging and reporting to C-level stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering enterprise system rollouts in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault is essential; familiarity with other regulated enterprise systems is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of CSV, GAMP® 5, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP requirements
- A track record of steering complex international programmes and holding alignment across demanding, senior stakeholder groups
- The resilience and presence to keep large programmes on track under pressure
- Fluent English (required) and German (preferred)
- Excellent communication, governance and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Computer System Assurance (CSA), Data Integrity or Digital Quality is highly desirable
