What are we looking for?

The SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst acts as a link between business needs and SAP solution s, ensuring that business processes are correctly translated into functional requirements. The mission is to analyze, improve and ensure proper implementation and evolution of SAP S/4HANA modules

Some of your responsibilities

- Provide AMS support for SAP S/4HANA modules according to assigned scope.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform functional or technical analysis, depending on module (FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP).
- Support integrated testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and validate business scenarios.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure process adherence.
- Maintain documentation,



operational procedures, and ticket history.
- Follow IT governance, SLAs, and defined change-management processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency support when required.
- Ensure system stability, continuity of operations, and high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Strong SAP customizing and business process analysis skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and strong team player attitude.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
