Requirements

- Proven experience in Internal Communications / Corporate Communications;
- Ability to write and edit articles, announcements, and corporate materials;
- Experience in launching or managing internal communication processes;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze communication results;
- Adherence to confidentiality principles.

Will be plus

- Experience in FinTech / IT / digital companies;
- Experience in launching internal communications from scratch;
- Basic skills in visual content tools (Figma, Canva, etc.);
- Experience working with corporate platforms and internal portals.

Soft Skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage internal communications channels;
- Write and edit internal articles, announcements, and corporate materials;




- Launch and maintain internal communication formats;
- Generate and support internal initiatives;
- Work with presentations, forms, and visual content;
- Communicate with different departments to collect information;
- Prepare reports on internal communication activities.
