Gunvor Group is seeking an HR Generalist in Madrid to partner with the EMEA HR team and local managers. You will deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle in compliance with Spanish labour law and company policies.
The role covers onboarding, training and development, performance management, payroll coordination for the EMEA region, and maintaining HR communications channels. You may back up the HR Operations Specialist and other EMEA HR Generalists as needed.
