We're looking for a Data Scientist / BI Developer with strong Power BI and Python skills to join a data-driven team delivering modern analytics and reporting solutions. You'll work across the full lifecycle of business intelligence initiatives - from understanding stakeholder needs to building dashboards, automating data flows, and driving continuous improvements.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Transform business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Build and enhance data models, KPIs, and analytical datasets.
- Develop and maintain Python-based data processing pipelines.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
- Create scalable reporting solutions supporting strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Produce clear technical and functional documentation.
- Occasionally travel to Brussel's office.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience with Power BI development.
- Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.




- Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or data engineering activities.
- Understanding of data modelling and business intelligence principles.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI-powered analytics or data classification.
- Background in enterprise-scale reporting environments.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality management practices.
