The Fraud Program Manager is responsible for driving execution across fraud initiatives, ensuring that projects, process changes, and operational improvements are delivered in a structured, scalable, and well documented way. The role sits at the center of fraud operations and acts as the connecting layer across Fraud, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Analytics, and external vendors.

The role's core value is in turning fraud priorities into clear plans, coordinated delivery, documented processes, and sustainable operating routines.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong operator and program driver with excellent organizational discipline, stakeholder management ability, and process thinking. They are comfortable working in complex cross-functional environments and can bring structure to ambiguous operational challenges.

Must be fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.





Job Responsibilities

Process ownership and documentation

- Own and maintain fraud SOPs, playbooks, process maps, and working instructions
- Ensure documentation remains current as workflows, tooling, and fraud patterns evolve
- Standardize ways of working across internal teams and external partners
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and unclear ownership, and drive improvements
- Help build scalable, repeatable operational processes rather than ad hoc solutions

Cross functional coordination

- Act as a central point of coordination between Fraud, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Analytics, and vendors
- Ensure actions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly tracked and followed through
- Translate fraud operational needs into actionable requirements for partner teams
- Support alignment across teams during launches, incidents, and process changes

Training, calibration, and quality support

- Coordinate rollout readiness for new workflows, controls, and tooling
- Support training plans and knowledge transfer for moderation related operational changes
- Help maintain calibration routines and process consistency across teams
- Partner with subject matter experts to turn expertise into usable guidance and documentation
