What you’ll be doing

- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for medicinal products, medical devices in accordance with applicable national and EU regulations, industry codes, and company procedures.
- Provide regulatory advice regarding advertising, promotional claims, scientific communications, educational materials, and patient-facing content.
- Assess compliance of marketing and communication materials before external use.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of marketing authorizations.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions, variations, renewals, and compliance activities.




- Monitor regulatory developments related to pharmaceutical advertising and promotional practices.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance initiatives where required.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal quality systems.

What you bring

Qualifications & Experience

- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical advertising requirements and relevant EU legislation.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of medical information, scientific communications, and compliance processes.
- Experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
