- More than 8 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming (OOP) , design patterns, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django .
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Strong understanding of software architecture , scalability, resilience, and secure development practices.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in agile environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents , or workflow automation will be highly valued.
