Are you passionate about driving process excellence and supporting the successful launch of new products? We are looking for aProcess Engineerto join our Electronics Manufacturing team and play a key role in optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and supporting NPI activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
- Support BKN/NPI builds, process qualifications, and production readiness activities.
- Analyze process data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCBA, or assembly processes.
- Knowledge of NPI, process validation, DOE, PFMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting prototype, pilot, and production builds.
- English communication skills.
