Mission:

Work in the area of characterization of nanomaterials and biosensors using atomic force microscopy.

Functions to be developed:

- Characterize the morphology of nanoparticles and biosensors using microscopic techniques.
- Measure properties with force spectroscopy.
- Apply magnetic force microscopy (MFM).
- Execute AFM assays in liquid media.
- Analyze the data obtained in the experiments.




- Write scientific articles and manuscripts.
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Characterization of nanomaterials and interfaces.
- Self-assembly of colloids.
- Atomic force microscopy (AFM) in liquid.
- Chemical characterization of surfaces.

Specific Requirements

Knowledge:

- Biotechnology.
- Nanomaterials and interfaces.
- Atomic force microscopy (AFM).
- Surface modification.

Work Experience:

- In polymer science.
- In Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
- In research and laboratory data management (LIMS).
- In project management.
- Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment.
