The Role…

At Soho House,theAssistantHousekeepingManager supports the delivery of an exceptional member and guest experience bymaintainingthe highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all areas of the Club. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring every space reflects the luxury and attention to detail expected at the Club.

Mainduties…

- SupporttheHousekeepingManager inoverseeingdailyhousekeepingoperationsacrossallareas,includingpublicspaces,memberlounges,changingrooms, spaareas, and back-of-house.
- Supervise andcoordinatehousekeepingstaffschedulestoalwaysensureappropriatecoverage.
- Conductregularinspectionstoensurecleanliness,presentation, andmaintenancestandardsareconsistentlymet.
- Respondpromptlytoguest/memberrequests,resolvinganyhousekeepingconcernsefficientlyandcourteously.
- Assistwithinventorymanagementofcleaningsupplies,linen,guestamenities, andequipment,ensuringcostcontrol andminimalwaste.
- Supportrecruitment,onboarding, and trainingofhousekeepingstaff.
- Ensureteamisfullybriefedondailypriorities,specialrequests, and Clubstandards.




- Communicateeffectivelywithotherdepartments(Front Office,Events,Maintenance)tocoordinateservicedelivery.
- Createefficientstaff rotas,managelabourcosts, and reduceunnecessaryovertimetomaintainoperationalexcellence.
- Uphold andenforcestandardsofappearance,compliance, safety, andprofessionalismacrosstheteam.

Whatwearelookingfor...

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as Housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager.
- Thriveinfast-paced,high-volumeenvironmentsandmaintaincalm,throughquicklyandeffectivelyproblemsolvingunderpressure
- Must behospitable,approachable,passionateaboutcustomerserviceandrespectfultowardscolleaguesandguests
- Must beabletodemonstratecompetencyasoutlinedinthetrainingscheduleand Club School
- Must beabletoworkflexibleshiftsandschedules,includingweekendsandholidaysasneeded
- Abilitytotakedirection,workin ateamenvironmentandautonomously
