Tecnun - Universidad de Navarra invites applications for a research position on Interpretable deep learning for inferring cellular transcriptional and metabolic changes of genetic perturbations in cancer (PERMET2CAN). The project will develop a framework guided by biological priors using scRNA-seq data from perturbation experiments.
Collaboration with the Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA) is expected. Duration: Maximum 4 years.
