Farmak International is looking for an Analyst to join our Launch Management team.

Your Mission

The Analyst is responsible for supporting launch planning and execution through data management, reporting, and system maintenance, with a primary focus on Planisware PPM or a similar tool .

The role ensures high-quality, accurate, and timely data across all launch projects, enabling effective decision-making, KPI tracking, and portfolio visibility.

The Analyst contributes to achieving launch performance targets by maintaining reliable data, supporting governance processes, and ensuring consistency across systems and trackers.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Planisware PPM tool.
- Maintain and update launch project data in Planisware PPM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestones in Planisware.
- Ensure alignment and consistency between Planisware, Bookmark GE (Strategic Model), and Launch Trackers.
- Maintain and update the Strategic Model / Bookmark GE file with accurate launch data.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of data for Pre-IBP and Launch Meetings.
- Track and monitor launch KPIs (timelines, readiness status, budget vs. vigente performance).
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and data analyses for the Launch Management Director and stakeholders.
- Identify data inconsistencies and follow up with stakeholders to ensure data quality.




- Support risk and issue tracking through accurate data reporting.
- Assist in portfolio analysis and performance tracking across launches.
- Ensure proper documentation and data traceability across systems.
- Support the continuous improvement of tools, templates, and reporting proceses.

Qualifications

Required

- University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience working with data management and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Master’s degree (Business Analytics, Finance, Pharma, or related fields).
- Experience with the implementation or maintenance of Planisware PPM tool (strong advantage).
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Experience supporting project or portfolio management activities.
- Familiarity with launch processes or commercial operations.
