Bring the Noise , a leading Spanish festivals operator with seven well-established live music events in the North-West region of Spain (Galicia, Asturias and Cantabria), is looking for a new addition to its team in the Booking Department as Backoffice.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field from a reputed institution
- Expert Google Sheets/Excel user with ability to manipulate large volumes of data
- Fluent or advanced proficiency in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a small team
- Excellent organization and time management skills

A strong knowledge and passion for music would be a plus.

ROLES

- Organizing everything related to contracts, invoices, settlements and documentation of artists and their related companies.




- Creation and update of internal databases, calendars and various documents.
- Collection of contacts, artist asset management, venue availabilities, monitor of ongoing conversations, meeting notes, etc
- Assistance and closely work to the booking team in general daily tasks within the department to ensure the success of the company
