Tecnun - Escuela de Ingeniería, part of the University of Navarra, invites applications for a research position on interpretable deep learning to infer transcriptional and metabolic changes caused by genetic perturbations in cancer (PERMET2CAN).
The project will be developed at the School of Engineering (Tecnun) in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with active collaboration from the Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA).
