In this role, you will be responsible for land preparation, plant care, and general groundskeeping across designated areas in Calvià. Your daily duties will include:

- Preparing the terrain by digging, loosening, turning over, and leveling soil.
- Clearing stones, weeds, and unwanted debris from the ground to prepare areas for planting.
- Transplanting various plants into the soil or into pots and containers.
- Managing watering routines manually or using basic irrigation systems.
- Mowing lawns and grass areas using motorized equipment or manual tools.
- Pruning hedges, bushes, and tree branches safely under supervision.
- Collecting fallen leaves, twigs, and organic waste to keep the working area clean and tidy.
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and gardening materials at the workplace.

To qualify for this position,



you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

- At least 3 months of hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, or agricultural tasks.
- A valid Class B driving license, which is strictly required for this job.
- Practical hands-on mindset and willingness to perform physical tasks outdoors.
- No formal academic qualifications are required, making this an accessible position if you have the right practical background.

Empresa Jardineria provides clear conditions for this permanent position in Mallorca:

- Permanent contract with a start date on August 1, 2026.
- Full-time work schedule working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Gross salary of €18,000 per year, with extra pay included in the agreement.
- Work location based in Calvià, surrounded by the natural landscapes of western Mallorca.
