Your daily tasks include:

- Welcoming and supporting German-speaking guests directly upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport.
- Assisting with arrivals, departures, transfers, and providing quick solutions for flight delays or airline issues.
- Organizing and coordinating transfers between the airport, hotels, and various island destinations.
- Maintaining close communication with local partners, hotels, and the internal service team to guarantee top service quality.

What you bring to the team:

- Fluent German language skills are essential; Spanish or other languages are a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, clear, and solution-oriented approach with guests and local partners.




- High service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable holiday experiences for visitors.
- Flexibility and calmness during challenging situations, along with willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for working in an international environment on Mallorca.
