Conseguir o superar el objetivo de ventas en su territorio. Utilizar estrategias y recursos innovadores para conseguir acceso a clientes difíciles de visitar y mejorar los resultados. Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de Abbott ante todos los proveedores asignados y resolver eficazmente sus objeciones o dudas. Esforzarse continuamente para obtener información sobre el mercado: identificación de las necesidades de los clientes, expectativas y retos. Intercambiar buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo, para favorecer el éxito de nuestro negocio. Impartir formación tanto a profesionales sanitarios como a pacientes sobre las prestaciones y servicios que ofrecen nuestros productos.

REQUISITOS MINIMOS

- Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 5 años como Delegado de Ventas.
- Imprescindible perfil muy comercial, siendo conveniente experiencia en visita Hospitalaria, Endocrinologia y conocimiento de la diabetes, así como conocimiento de la Atención Primaria.
- No imprescindible pero muy valorable.
- Licenciatura en farmacia, cc de la salud o similar.
- Se valorará positivamente un buen nivel de inglés.
- Se valorará conocimiento de tecnología sanitaria.
