Responsibilities

- Carrying out daily pool control, testing, and essential water maintenance tasks.
- Performing complete garden care and landscaping upkeep in community areas.
- Monitoring overall facility cleanliness and maintaining outdoor equipment.
- Managing routine tasks to keep residential properties in top condition.

Qualifications

- A high level of spoken and written Spanish (mandatory requirement).




- Proven experience in pool maintenance operations.
- A valid B class driving license.
- Having an official pool maintenance license (carnet de mantenimiento de piscinas) is highly valued.

Employment Conditions

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) for long-term stability.
- Regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 07:00 to 15:00.
- A net salary of 1,300 EUR per month, which can be reviewed based on your background and experience.
- Workplace based directly on the island of Mallorca.
