The Customer Service/Business Relationship professional is a key role within the sales structure acting a primary customer interface.

They both help field sales people with some activities as well as they act as sales representatives for specific assigned customers in their territories.

- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Functions:

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Processing of incoming orders by using different applications. End to end process.

Identify and assess customers¿ needs to achieve satisfaction, by detecting potential sales

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas





Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements :

Provide customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with SAP systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

English, French & Dutch be highly appreciated.
