We are currently seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team in Marbella.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
- Set up and prepare restaurant, dining, and service areas before service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and follow established service procedures.
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with stock control and replenishment when required.
- Support practical learning activities involving students and instructors where applicable.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative,



and service-oriented working environment.
- Promote the values and standards of Les Roches through excellent guest service.

Your Profile

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, food server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Food handling certificate is desirable.
- Good level of English is essential; Spanish is highly valued.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is an advantage.
