Opportunity | Building Manager | Commercial Real Estate | Spain
We are opening a great opportunity based in Spain.
On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in Property Management, we are looking for a Building Manager to take charge of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Spain.
Location: Spain (on-site)
Long-term assignment (with possibility of extension)
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the technical operation of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Spain
- Supervise maintenance contracts and technical service providers
- Ensure regulatory compliance and the proper functioning of buildings
- Take part in the portfolio takeover phase (audits, technical visits, document review)
- Act as the interface between the local team and other stakeholders
- Monitor technical budgets and contribute to reporting to owners
Profile required
- Higher education in real estate, construction, facility management or engineering
- Proven experience in technical management of tertiary and logistics real estate portfolios
- Strong command of operating contract and service provider management
- Professional English (B2) required
- Spanish required (local language)
- Knowledge of Yardi (or an equivalent software) would be appreciated
