Responsibilities
- Direct leadership and management of the operational logistics team.
- Coordination of end-to-end operations, from ocean imports to final customer delivery.
- Control of ocean freight, customs clearance, and reduction of port demurrage costs.
- Oversight of warehousing, order picking, and B2B/B2C deliveries across Iberia.
- Stock management, demand planning, and reverse logistics optimization.
- Control and monitoring of the logistics department budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven team management experience.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules) and fluent/advanced business English.
- Experience in international trade (containerized imports from Asia).
