Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Drive outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and multichannel outreach campaigns.
- Define and optimize lead qualification frameworks to improve pipeline quality.
- Monitor SDR KPIs including outbound activity, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Build and refine sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and messaging.
- Utilize CRM and sales engagement platforms to improve team productivity and reporting.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.
- Proven experience building outbound sales pipelines.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience using sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to sales optimization.
- Professional proficiency in French or Italian (spoken and written).
